Welcome to Vanchetna Kanya Chhatralaya- Girls Hostel, a home away from home for the girls of Kaprada Taluka in Valsad. This hostel is managed by RVR, an organization that is committed to empowering young girls from tribal communities in South Gujarat. The hostel is located in a peaceful and green area, about 55 km away from Vapi.

Many girls in this region have to drop out of school at an early age and take up household chores, as their parents migrate to nearby cities and towns for work. They live in poor and unsafe conditions, with little access to education and opportunities.

RVR decided to change this situation in 2005, by providing food, shelter, and security to over 95 girls between the ages of 7 and 12. These girls now have a chance to continue their schooling and pursue their interests and talents. They also receive vocational training and life skills that will help them become confident and independent individuals.
